Deleting Data from Viralmaxing

Self-Service Account Deletion

You can delete your account on your own from the profile settings:

1. Go to Settings (gear icon)
2. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section
3. Click "Delete Account" and confirm the action

Deletion Request via Support

If you are unable to delete your account on your own, please contact our support team:

• Email: support@viralmaxing.com
• Telegram: Lesha_Muzyka

Please provide the email address associated with your account and use the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 10 (ten) business days. For users in the EU/EEA, the processing period is 30 (thirty) calendar days (Art. 12 GDPR).

Data Export

Before deleting your account, you may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format (right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR). To do so, contact our support team with the subject "Data Export Request." The export includes: profile data, created content, payment history, and account settings.

Your Rights During Deletion

• Right to confirmation: once deletion is complete, you will receive an email confirmation that your data has been successfully deleted
• Right to export: you may request a data export before your account is deleted
• Right to cancel: before the deletion process is finalized (within 24 hours), you may contact support to cancel the deletion

Revoking Third-Party Permissions

Upon account deletion, Viralmaxing automatically revokes access tokens for all connected services. For complete revocation, we also recommend disabling access in the settings of each service:

Meta / Threads / Instagram

To revoke access to your account:

1. Go to the Meta Accounts Center
2. Select "Password and security"
3. Click "Apps and websites"
4. Find "Viralmaxing" in the list of apps
5. Click "Remove" next to Viralmaxing

Google / YouTube

To revoke access to your Google account:

1. Go to Google Account Permissions
2. Find "Viralmaxing" in the list of apps
3. Click on the app and select "Remove access"

TikTok

To revoke access to your TikTok account:

1. Open the TikTok app
2. Go to Profile → Settings and privacy
3. Select "Security" → "Manage app permissions"
4. Find "Viralmaxing" and revoke access

LinkedIn

To revoke access to your LinkedIn account:

1. Go to LinkedIn Permitted Services
2. Find "Viralmaxing" in the list
3. Click "Remove access"

Pinterest

To revoke access to your Pinterest account:

1. Go to Pinterest settings
2. Select the "Apps" section
3. Find "Viralmaxing" and click "Revoke access"

Bluesky

To revoke access to your Bluesky account:

1. Go to Bluesky settings
2. Select "App Passwords"
3. Find the entry for Viralmaxing and revoke access

Yandex

To revoke access to your Yandex account:

1. Go to Yandex Passport
2. Select "Connected apps"
3. Find "Viralmaxing" and click "Remove"

Telegram Bot

To disconnect the Viralmaxing Telegram bot:

1. Open the chat with the Viralmaxing bot in Telegram
2. Tap on the bot name at the top of the chat
3. Select "Stop Bot" or "Block"
4. Optionally, delete the chat with the bot

What Happens After Deletion

Immediately

• All active sessions are terminated and you are signed out
• Access tokens for all connected social networks are revoked
• Your active subscription is cancelled. If more than 7 days remain in the paid period, you may request a proportional refund for the unused time by contacting support before confirming deletion. For EU/EEA users: exercising the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) does not forfeit your right to a proportional refund of paid services

Within 24 Hours

• Videos, images, and content you created are deleted from storage
• Scenarios, posts, and collections are deleted

Within 30 Days

• All personal data is deleted from the primary database
• Data is removed from backups
• You will receive an email confirmation that your data has been successfully deleted

Retained

• Payment records — for 5 years (as required by tax and accounting law)
• Anonymized aggregate analytics data (with no ability to identify the user)
