Deleting Data from Viralmaxing

Self-Service Account Deletion

You can delete your account on your own from the profile settings:

1. Go to Settings (gear icon)
2. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section
3. Click "Delete Account" and confirm the action

Deletion Request via Support

If you are unable to delete your account on your own, please contact our support team:

• Email: support@viralmaxing.com
• Telegram: viralmaxing_support_bot

Please provide the email address associated with your account and use the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within the period required by applicable law and may ask you to verify control of the account.

Data Export

Before deleting your account, you may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format (right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR). To do so, contact our support team with the subject "Data Export Request." The scope and format of an export depend on applicable law and the data associated with your account.

Revoking Third-Party Permissions

Account deletion stops Viralmaxing from using stored tokens for connected services. To revoke platform-side access, also remove Viralmaxing in the settings of each connected service:

Instagram / Meta

To revoke access to your account:

1. Go to the Meta Accounts Center
2. Select "Password and security"
3. Click "Apps and websites"
4. Find "Viralmaxing" in the list of apps
5. Click "Remove" next to Viralmaxing

Google / YouTube

To revoke access to your Google account:

1. Go to Google Account Permissions
2. Find "Viralmaxing" in the list of apps
3. Click on the app and select "Remove access"

Yandex

To revoke access to your Yandex account:

1. Go to Yandex Passport
2. Select "Connected apps"
3. Find "Viralmaxing" and click "Remove"

Telegram Bot

To disconnect the Viralmaxing Telegram bot:

1. Open the chat with the Viralmaxing bot in Telegram
2. Tap on the bot name at the top of the chat
3. Select "Stop Bot" or "Block"
4. Optionally, delete the chat with the bot

What Happens After Deletion

• All active sessions are terminated and you are signed out
• Your account is deactivated and can no longer be used
• Stored tokens for connected services are no longer used by Viralmaxing
• Your active subscription is cancelled. Any refund request is handled under the Terms of Service and mandatory consumer law
